Oceanit spinout Ibis Networks (rebranded in 2020 to WattIQ) received a new investing partnership with Hawaii-based Reef Capital Ventures.

Ibis Networks CEO, Michael Pfeffer, said the investment will help the company expand its capacity to commercialize its technology. “This is an essential piece to our growth strategy that will allow Ibis to continue adding value and playing an increasingly pivotal role in the energy management and automation industry,” he said in a statement.
