How We Partner with DOT-A

The Tenant Improvement Program (TIP) Program Management Office (PMO) acts as a vital bridge between tenants and the Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation - Airports Division (DOT-A). Our role is to facilitate clear communication and simplify complex processes.

We work hand-in-hand with DOT-A engineering branches to coordinate reviews, ensure all state and federal regulations are met, and maintain the integrity of airport operations. By serving as a central point of contact, we help accelerate project timelines and ensure that all improvements align with the strategic vision for Hawaiʻi’s airports.
