Human Resources Manager Linda Kawamura discussed the impact of the Trump administration’s travel ban on workers and employers on ThinkTech Hawaii. The diversity of Oceanit staff provides the ability to collaborate together from different perspectives to better service our clients, says Kawamura.
“Collaboration with different perspectives is highly encouraged and do we always agree?” says Kawamura. “No, but we all bring our perspectives and then we take the best of our perspectives and [Oceanit] is a better company for that.”
