Each year, the Hawaii region of the federal Small Business Administration celebrates some of the state’s best small businesses and small-business advocates. Dr. Patrick Sullivan, Oceanit founder and CEO, was honored with the 2013 Small Business Administration Honolulu County Small Business Person of the Year award.
